I offer online counselling via secure video calls, allowing us to meet face to face while each in a private, confidential space. Sessions take place on a safe, easy-to-use platform. Each week, I email you a link—clicking it takes you to my virtual waiting room, and I’ll start the session from there. This format is convenient and accessible, and many clients find it a comfortable way to engage in therapy from their own home.

We book the first 1 hour session.

During this session we will explore your hopes and difficulties in the way that feels right for you. I will provide as much guidance as you require.

From then on, we will continue your counselling journey in regular 50-55 mins. sessions.
